檸檬汁1顆

2 排骨丁洗淨瀝乾水份~加入全蛋液 1/2顆~柳丁汁 2大匙~鹽 1/2小匙~糖 1/2小匙~太白粉 1匙~玉米粉1匙~全部拌勻~

3 柳丁二顆和檸檬一顆榨成汁拌勻

4 起 140度油鍋第一次油炸排骨丁~慢慢的炸熟撈起放涼~再起 180度油鍋第二次炸過撈起~

5 用一大匙的砂糖小火炒至融化~

6 加入柳丁和檸檬汁~煮滾~

7 加入炸好的排骨~翻炒讓排骨均勻的裹上果汁~即可~

8 沒有加醬油~很神奇的上色耶~用一些柳丁絲裝飾一下~味道也很好~柳丁和檸檬汁加上糖的絕妙組合~超讚~
