四種人不宜吃豆腐

1．豆腐含嘌呤較多，嘌呤代謝失常的痛風病人和血尿酸濃度增高的患者應慎食豆腐。

2．豆腐性偏寒，平素有胃寒者，如食用豆腐後有胸悶、反胃等現象，則不宜食用。

3．對易腹瀉、腹脹脾虛者，也不宜多食豆腐。

4．在服用四環素類藥物時，也不宜吃豆腐，因為用豆腐製作的食品中含有較多的鈣，用鹽滷做的石膏中含有較多的鎂，四環素遇到鈣、鎂會發生反應，降低殺菌效果。
